CodeIntegrity builds security infrastructure for AI agents. As AI systems connect to critical tools, sensitive data, and real-world actions, we help organizations prevent prompt injection, unauthorized tool use, and data exfiltration with real-time detection and enforcement before attacks execute.

The Role

You'll build security infrastructure and APIs that protect agentic AI systems in production. This is a backend-heavy engineering role focused on the core systems behind safe agent execution, including areas like sandboxing, MCP, access control, and scale.

What You'll Do

Build core security infrastructure. Work on the backend systems and APIs that protect agentic workflows in production.
Own platform foundations. Develop systems related to sandboxing, MCP, access control, and the infrastructure that sits in the path of agent execution.
Scale critical systems. Improve reliability, performance, and observability for security-sensitive infrastructure under real customer workloads.
Work close to real deployments. Partner with customers to understand how their agents run in practice and where stronger protections are needed.

Requirements

3+ years of software engineering experience building production systems.
Proficiency in Go. Comfort building production systems in Go.
Backend infrastructure experience. Experience working on backend-heavy systems and production infrastructure.
Scaling and distributed systems experience. Comfort building reliable systems that handle scale, performance, and operational complexity.
Sandboxing experience. Familiarity with sandboxed execution environments or systems that isolate untrusted workloads.
Strong CS fundamentals. Data structures, algorithms, and system design.
Infrastructure experience. Comfort with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms.

Nice to Have

AI/Agent experience. Familiarity with LLM APIs, MCP, agent SDKs, gateways, sandboxes, or building agentic applications.
Interest in security. Experience with secure systems, access control, threat modeling, or application security is a strong plus.

Salary. $145,000 to $185,000.
