CodeIntegrity builds security infrastructure for AI agents. As AI systems connect to critical tools, sensitive data, and real-world actions, we help organizations prevent prompt injection, unauthorized tool use, and data exfiltration with real-time detection and enforcement before attacks execute.

The Role

You'll lead business development for CodeIntegrity by building relationships with CISOs, security leaders, AI platform teams, and strategic partners. This role is focused on creating pipeline, opening doors, developing partnership opportunities, and turning market interest into durable commercial momentum.

What You'll Do

  • Build pipeline through targeted outreach. Develop relationships with CISOs, security leaders, AI platform owners, and other key buyers across our target market.
  • Create strategic introductions. Source and manage warm intros through investors, advisors, customers, partners, and your own network.
  • Develop strategic partnerships. Identify and build relationships with consultancies, service providers, ecosystem partners, and adjacent technology companies that can expand our reach.
  • Support early-stage deal motion. Work closely with founders on account strategy, meeting preparation, follow-up, and opportunity development.
  • Refine market positioning. Capture what resonates in customer and partner conversations, and help translate that into stronger messaging, outreach, and GTM focus.
  • Build repeatable GTM processes. Help establish how we source, qualify, track, and expand opportunities in a disciplined way.
  • Represent CodeIntegrity externally. Build credibility in the market through direct conversations, partner meetings, events, and ecosystem engagement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, strategic sales, or go-to-market roles in cybersecurity, infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Strong relationship-building ability. Proven ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and generate meaningful commercial opportunities.
  • Cybersecurity market fluency. Familiarity with how security teams evaluate, buy, and adopt new technologies.
  • Executive presence. Comfort speaking with CISOs, security leaders, founders, and partners in high-trust conversations.
  • Pipeline creation experience. Proven track record of sourcing and developing new opportunities through outbound efforts, partnerships, and strategic networking.
  • Strong communication skills. Ability to write and speak clearly, tailor messaging, and represent the company professionally in external settings.
  • Independent execution. Comfort operating in an early-stage environment where priorities evolve quickly and the role requires sound judgment.

Nice to Have

  • AI security familiarity. Exposure to AI security, application security, cloud security, or adjacent security categories.
  • Partner ecosystem experience. Experience working with channel partners, consultancies, cloud providers, or strategic alliances.
  • Startup experience. Comfort working in an early-stage or high-growth environment.
  • Network in security. Existing relationships with CISOs, security practitioners, or security-focused partners.
