GTM Operations Lead

CodeIntegrity is the platform security teams use to control MCPs and agents, built for companies deploying AI across the enterprise. We raised $5 million from SYN Ventures, Antler, and Boost, and we are a small team, mostly engineers, shipping fast. We are building the infrastructure that will make enterprise AI safe to use.

What You Will Do

You'll build the systems and reporting that make CodeIntegrity's sales and marketing work clear, fast, and measurable.

• Own the GTM systems across CRM, enrichment, routing, reporting, and sales tooling.
• Build pipeline visibility across accounts, leads, opportunities, stages, sources, and conversion rates.
• Design lead and account workflows that make ownership, follow-up, and handoffs clear.
• Create dashboards for pipeline health, forecast quality, campaign performance, and sales activity.
• Improve sales execution by reducing process friction and tightening data quality.
• Turn GTM data into clear decisions for routing, reporting, forecasting, attribution, and account priorities.

What We Need

• You have built or operated GTM systems for a B2B software company.
• You understand how leads, accounts, opportunities, pipeline, and forecasting fit together.
• You can work across sales, marketing, product, and leadership without adding unnecessary process.
• You are strong with spreadsheets, CRM workflows, reporting, and GTM tooling.
• You care about clean data, clear ownership, and fast execution.
• You can turn messy GTM activity into a simple system the team trusts.

Nice to have:

• Experience with cybersecurity, enterprise infrastructure, or AI products.
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, Apollo, Linear, Notion, or modern GTM automation tools.
• Experience building account scoring, lead routing, attribution, outbound workflows, or forecast reporting.
