Demand Generation Lead

CodeIntegrity is the platform security teams use to control MCPs and agents, built for companies deploying AI across the enterprise. We raised $5 million from SYN Ventures, Antler, and Boost, and we are a small team, mostly engineers, shipping fast. We are building the infrastructure that will make enterprise AI safe to use.

What You Will Do

You'll create qualified demand from security and platform teams evaluating how to adopt AI agents safely.

• Build demand programs across campaigns, events, webinars, content distribution, and targeted outbound.
• Create conversion paths across landing pages, email journeys, calls to action, and follow-up motions.
• Own campaign execution from audience selection and messaging through launch, measurement, and iteration.
• Partner on content that turns product, research, and customer insight into qualified demand.
• Measure performance across source, conversion, cost, quality, and revenue influence.
• Improve repeatability by turning what works into simple programs the team can run again.

What We Need

• You have built demand generation programs for a B2B software company.
• You understand how enterprise buyers move from awareness to evaluation.
• You can write clear campaign briefs, landing page copy, emails, and event messaging.
• You are comfortable with marketing automation, attribution, reporting, and conversion analysis.
• You care about pipeline quality, not vanity metrics.
• You can move quickly without waiting for a large marketing team.

Nice to have:

• Experience with cybersecurity, enterprise infrastructure, or AI products.
• Experience marketing to CISOs, security teams, platform teams, or technical buyers.
• Experience with webinars, field events, account-based campaigns, paid channels, or lifecycle marketing.
